Jeumpa Kuneng Luwak [civet] coffee is an excellent combination of Arabica Gayo organic coffee with Wild Luwak [civet]. Our Arabica coffee beans are sourced from the Gayo highlands in Central Aceh – Indonesia, on the altitude of 900 – 1700 meter above sea level with rainfall rate around 1,600 – 2,000 mm/year.
Gayo highlands has been widely known as producer for high quality of specialty coffee and is considered as “heaven” for wild Luwak [civet]. Most of the crops in Gayo highlands are organically grown and are widely known as “green beans” for being environmentally friendly.
The soil, landscape, and climate of the Gayo highlands contribute to various rich characters, strong body and complex flavor of the coffee. In average, Gayo Sumatra Coffee achieved 80 – 88 of cupping score.
Its fine aroma and lack of bitter taste have become the characteristics of this Gayo Arabica coffee product. Gayo Arabica coffee has been known worldwide for its highly valued typical flavor and rich taste, and considered as gourmet coffee.
